The murder of a film critic, the head critic of the most influential newspaper in the United States, The New York Globe. It is dismissed as a simple burglary. Three years pass. A television investigative reporter for FXO News is forced to return to the case by the owner of the network, who hates The Globe and its influence notwithstanding his ownership of television stations, satellite networks and tabloids. He thinks there's a conspiracy, a cover-up at The Globe. Reluctantly, the reporter embarks on a search which leads her to a shocking discovery.
